Use a pan to grill the chicken thighs. Previous to that, season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Grab a bowl and mix auntil you make a pastewith the pickles and the mayonaisse sauce.
Cut the cilantro and add it to the paste. Stir to mix well the ingredients.
Cut the tomato in slices and add a pinch of salt.
Now, open the pita bread and spread the pickle paste very well into the bread.
Place the tomato, the lettuce and the chicken fillet.
Add some more mayonaisse sauce at your choice.
